Workout: 60 min tempo run, 2000 yd swim
Weather: Warm, sunny, NOT humid. It seriously felt like a September afternoon, thank you, Mother Nature.
The morning was so pretty I took my dog on an extra long walk, delaying my run by almost 60 minutes. I got my run in, it was not humid at all and the run was one of those amazing ones where you just didn’t want to stop. I had a lot of thoughts, from what to make for dinner for the rest of the week to how I should cut my hair to….wait for it…running a MARATHON. That marathon thought didn’t last long though, thank goodness. It’s just not something I want to do.
I ran out of time and didn’t get my swim in, so it was moved to Friday.

Workout: 1:30 steady ride
Weather: Gorgeous again, but since I had to work my ride was done on the trainer.
I go back and forth about whether I like the trainer or not. Today was a “not” day. The steady rides are so boring, but I’ll be honest, it’s nice to just put on a sports bra and bibs and just ride while catching up on Food Network Star.
